Bison Liver Biscotti
Our Biscotti are made in small batches in our Boulder bakery with fresh human grade ingredients. Bison liver is the primary ingredient in these high protein, low fat treats. It is supplemented with organic whole oat flour, farm fresh eggs and other all natural, nutritional ingredients such as dried kelp for extra protein and vitamins. The bison liver comes from free-range bison herds in the United States and Canada, with no added hormones, antibiotics or steroids. Proudly made in the USA.
