Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: You may return products within 45 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items should be in their original packaging. Unopened items are fully eligible for returns. Opened items may be returned if you are unsatisfied with the product, provided at least 75% of the product remains unused.

Exclusions: Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective. Due to health regulations, perishable items (e.g., dog food or treats) cannot be returned if more than 25% of the product has been used.

We’ll cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a defect, damage, an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), or dissatisfaction with an opened product. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund: If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. The refund includes the purchase price of the item(s), excluding original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer a full refund or replacement, based on your preference, upon receipt of the returned item.
